Product Code: HDCDI

Description

Performance CDI and high voltage coil in order to have strong ignition with timing that changes with rpm's which improves spark strength for more consistent combustion (cleaner smoother running) and gives better power at all rpm's and allows it to rev high without as much engine vibration or chance of knocking. Used by the pistonbikes race team for years. Great for the street too.

Included - 1 CDI Controller Box, 1 High Performance CDI Ignition Coil

Specifications
  • True 2 stroke CDI designed for China engines
  • Timing advance & retard curves (standard for performance engines)
  • Twice the spark power (especially necessary for higher compression)
  • Adjustable timing curves to match the need of the engine
  • 3" x 2" x 1" CDI enclosure
  • High power ignition coil (replacing the weak stock coil)
  • High performance ignition wire with spark cap

Benefits
  • Ignition retard at high rpm's allows higher rpm's with less vibration
  • Timing curve works with expansion chamber to extend power band
  • Faster combustion (due to stronger spark) resulting in more engine power
  • More reliable than stock CDI/coil
  • More torque and horsepower
  • Easier starting
  • Smoother running Additional

New Features in V2.1
  • Senses air temperature for slight additional ignition retard during hot weather or ignition advance during cold weather (since temp affects combustion duration)
  • Old jumpers replaced with on-board micro switches
  • More variation of timing curve is selectable

The Jaguar CDI is my invention and I have only authorized its production and sale by my friend in Australia. This is an illegal copy of my invention but I don't know how true it is. If one or more components don't have the same specs as what I had used then that will throw off its timing curve.
