Both methods will work , but wet will give the best results. Oncer you decide on which way you want to inject you nitrous, now you can begin installation.

Nitrous Trigger Dispenser Installation

1. Push button or trigger lever multiple times to insure its not stuck. Make sure it has good action and is not sticky. Don't want to waste the precious nitrous.

2. Insert the nitrous bottle into unit, because of differences with nitrous bottle manufacturing it may be necessary to place some paper under the bottle to insure a good puncture. Once the bottle is punctured, do not remove or you will let all the nitrous escape.

3. Screw the Brass NOS Jet nozzle onto the the trigger assembly.

4. Place the Trigger assembly on the handlebars and attach it with the velcro strap and Large zip ties.

5. Insert the Clear tubing onto the jet nozzle.

6. Route the tubing to where the Brass threaded fitting will be installed.

7. Use small zip tie to secure the hose to the Jet nozzle

Brass Barbed Fitting Installation

1. Decide if you want to run wet or dry injection.

2. Wet - injection it is best to remove the intake to install the fitting to avoid any shaving getting in the motor. We recommend using an intake with the pre drilled and taped intake.

3. Dry – injection we recommend taking off the air cleaner or air box to avoid getting shavings into the motor.

4. Use a 3/8 drill bit to make hole, use a smaller bit to make a pilot hole.

5. For extra measure you can run a tap to make the threads, or just screw in the brass fitting to make threads. Threads are a 1/8” - 27 NPT (national pipe thread)-L1. You can get close with a 10mm X 1.25 pitch.

7. Attach clear hose to fitting and secure with a small zip tie
